The BMH Foundation was founded in 1984 to accept, manage and distribute funds received in the form of charitable contributions from individuals, corporations, foundations and others for the support of the people, programs and mission of Ball Memorial Hospital and related organizations.
Blackford Community Hospital is a 15-bed facility located in Hartford City.
